The issue impacted emails sent between approximately August 14, 2026 at 2:15 PM PST and August 15, 2026 at 7:43 PM PST.

Email delivery to Microsoft-based addresses is now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Investigating

Quoter: Email deliverability to Microsoft-based emails is failing.
SendGrid, our third party email delivery partner, has confirmed that Microsoft has erroneously blocked a massive number of IPs.
We are working to resolve this with Microsoft as quickly as possible, as our sending reputation is extremely high and there is no reason for us to be added to their block list.
