Monitoring

ConnectWise has currently disabled API access to its Cloud Backup (Skykick) service due to suspected unauthorized access to their infrastructure. This is preventing Backup Radar from accessing any new data regarding ConnectWise backups.

We are monitoring the situation based on their own status posting at https://www.connectwise.com/company/trust/advisories and will update the situation here as appropriate.
